About Alfieri
Alfieri takes its name from Magliano Alfieri, the town in the Roero where our pasta factory is located. We wanted to emphasize that the territory, with its people, traditions and products, represent the very top scale of our values. We are not just a simple artisan pasta factory, but an expression of the eating civilization of these narrow hill lands between the Alps and the Mediterranean. In addition to Tajarin and other types of Langarola pasta, in our shop you’ll find condiments, sauces, appetizers, desserts and other typical products made with the love and passion of Italian food artisans.
